Our catering tents are traditional, British-made canvas and timber pole structures, designed to match the aesthetic of your main marquee. Each tent includes lighting, matting, and six trestle tables, with the option of a 6m x 6m or 6m x 9m layout.

We’re happy to work directly with your caterers to ensure they have everything they need — including a comfortable, efficient workspace and an attachable covered walkway for convenience and continuity of style.

We don’t like to talk crap — but it’s something worth getting right! We work with the industry’s best suppliers to provide and coordinate top-of-the-range luxury trailer toilets throughout the UK.

Based on your guest numbers, we’ll recommend either a 2+1 or 3+1 configuration (2–3 ladies’ cubicles, 1 gents’ plus urinals). Each unit is self-contained and comes fully equipped with running water, hand soap, and all the essentials.

A reliable power source is essential for any outdoor event. Our marquee generators are supplied with a backup unit as standard, and all installations are carried out to BS 7909 standards for safety and peace of mind.

We handle the full electrical distribution for your caterers, lighting, bar, DJ, and power points, ensuring everything runs smoothly. If your venue has an existing power source, we can also integrate that as a backup option.

Although our main season runs from April to September, British weather can still surprise us. Our indirect marquee heaters operate on thermostats to maintain a consistent, comfortable temperature throughout your event — perfect for keeping guests cosy as the evening cools.
